5 days Work in Office: Monday to Friday (Time 9.00 am 6 pm)
0.5 days Work from Home: Saturday (Time 9.00am 1 pm)

Job Responsibilities:
Efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer call and email inquiries.
Ensure customers orders are correctly & timely updated in the system.
Responsible to update the system on each job work flow do billing and submit job for closing once job complete.
Handling and ensure accuracy & timeliness on all the shipping & operational activities.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients including responding to inquiries and resolving complaints.
Monitor shipment status and notify customers of all details of shipment updates for both FCL/ LCL export and import.
Ensure customer details are updated in all operational systems.
Ensure that all documentation meets import/ export regulations.
Timely preparation of all required documentation during shipment arrangement.
Prepare monthly reports for management reports as requested from time to time.
Manage and coordinate with vendor/ suppliers to ensure they are providing quality and stable services.
Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill customer expectations.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Liaison with customers agents operations and service providers on all operational related matters.
May perform other duties as and when required.
Job Requirements:
Good command written and speaking English Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to deal with locals or foreign clients from China
Must have relevant working experience in shipping/ Freight Forwarding/ Logistics customer service
Must have FCL/ LCL Import/ Export Ocean and Air Freight experience
Exceptional customer service and follow up skills.
Must have knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc) and other IT Apps will be added advantage.
Good communication selfmotivated and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask prioritise and manage time effectively
