Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Schedule daily lifting plan from source and truck allocation as per the customer quantity requirement
Collaborate with branch staff truck drivers to communicate trip information
Advance planning of material dispatch as per the customer delivery schedule
Identify and optimize to enhance truck turn around time
Maintain communication with all customers
Driver management to ensure ontime delivery
Requirements
Communication Skills: Schedulers will need to speak with coworkers and customers regularly
Analytical Skills: Scheduler need to analyze and optimize the process of allocating assets
CriticalThinking Skills: Schedulers will need to devise plans of action and assess those plans regularly
Organizational Skills: Multiple orders people and many moving pieces will keep schedulers on their toes
Thorough knowledge of the products and market. Good communication skills; proficiency in Gujarati is preferred. Customer focus, relationship building, and interpersonal skills. Ownership and drive for results. Negotiation skills. Managing skills.
