Job Description

Grand Rapids Hospital needs 4 full time CRNAs to cover JuneSeptember. Once the assignment is up they can continue coverage at their hospital in Muskegon if they are interested in extending their assignment.
*Please Note: Trinity Health does not reimburse for any application or credentialing fees.
Rates to submit:
- Orientation
- Hourly(capped at xx295) facility would prefer submissions below the cap please stay competitive
- Holiday & OT (1.5x regular rate)
- Conversion fee: capped at xx12K
Requirement description :
- NBCRNA Required
- Active MI license or IMLC Required
- BLS Required
- COVID Vaccine Required note at time of name clear
- Must be available full time Required
- Semilocal would like to avoid flight costs Highly Preferred
