Position: LMS admin
Location : Remote
We are seeking candidates with experience in higher education specifically in:
- Maintaining and configuring a learning management system with a focus on Brightspace.
- Managing technical settings of Brightspace to customize it according to the requirements of end users across an institution.
- Serving as the primary point of escalation for LMS troubleshooting.
- Participating in an LMS transition to Brightspace within a higher education setting.
- Providing both functional and technical expertise with Brightspace.
