Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Live Streaming Manager to join our team and spearhead the establishment of our live streaming department. In your role as Live Streaming Manager youll lead our live event production develop and execute a strategic vision for our livestreaming activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive livestreaming strategy aligning with the companys goals and objectives.
• Set up and manage the infrastructure and equipment necessary for highquality live streaming productions.
• Oversee all aspects of live event production including planning scheduling technical setup and execution.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing content creation and technical support to ensure seamless integration of livestreaming into overall business operations.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the livestreaming industry and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage a team of livestream technicians and production staff providing guidance training and performance feedback as needed.
• Monitor and analyze livestream performance metrics and use insights to optimize future productions and drive audience engagement.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma Bachelors Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing Mass Communication or Advertising/Media.
• Proven experience in live event production with expertise in streaming technologies equipment and software platforms.
• Experience managing teams and leading projects from concept to completion.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to livestreaming including copyright privacy and accessibility standards.
