This is a remote position.
The role will be split up between help desk (level 1 and level 2) clientfacing tickets and tasks as well as internal projects and clientfacing projects. You will be working closely with the director of the business and will be working to collaborate on tasks and implementations.
As the business is growing we need an experienced independent worker to help manage the workload. The workload will consist of Help Desk Tickets and Tasks followed by clientfacing project work (the director of the business will hand off specific tasks with instructions) followed by internal projects and documentation updates.
