Lettings Business Development Manager
Kingswood Bristol
£30000 base salary
OTE of £40k (Uncapped Pooled Commission)
Monday to Friday 8.45am6.00pm & 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am4pm (with lieu day in the week)

Due to continued expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to join an award winning and experienced lettings team based out of their Kingswood Branch covering three East Bristol offices. Are you the right person to join our successful team
Principle Accountabilities:
- Generating arranging and carrying out accurate valuations and bringing these properties to market.
- Building and maintaining long term relationships with Landlords
- Business generation – creating opportunities to increase our portfolio
- Ensuring all office systems/service standards are adhered to
- Ensuring consistent delivery of our high levels of customer service
- To implement new strategies and ideas to develop and aid the business and our clients
- To work closely with the Lettings Director to identify new business opportunities
- To run all elements of the Lettings New Business in East Bristol within your control day to day
- Managing a successful Lettings Team
- Demonstrate leadership and tenacity along with a willingness /ability to coach and develop the same in others
- Training the team and ensuring their growth needs are met
- Demonstrate the ability to expand and develop the role with long term vision
- Hit annual targets and KPI’s
- Staying up to date with current legislation
- Working with the legislation boundaries and ensuring you and the team follow all legislative procedures
The right candidate will have:
- Be able to learn quickly take responsibility and strive for success
- Have the ability to work under pressure within a fastpaced environment
- Be a dynamic driven and energetic individual who thrives in a team and takes ownership of their own projects
- A full UK driving licence and own car
- An "A player" who isn't afraid of hard work
- Someone who can build long term relationships with our clients whilst also exploring new opportunities
- Possess excellent communication skills and be wellpresented and wellspoken
- A key member of our team who believes in our purpose values and culture
- 12 months experience in an agency environment valuing and managing a team
- Be accurate numerate and computer literate
- Have excellent communication skills
- 25 Days annual leave PLUS bank holidays (Increasing further upon completion of 3 & 6 years’ service)
