Overview:

The Lenskart Chat Process is a vital role within the organization supporting the companys commitment to excellent customer service. The role involves providing efficient and effective assistance to customers through the chat platform ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via chat to provide information about products services and promotions
  • Resolve customer issues complaints and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Assist customers in placing orders and provide support with order tracking
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels for resolution
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through empathetic and personalized interactions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Adhere to performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction ratings
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address customer concerns effectively
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Contribute to improving processes and procedures to enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous
  • Proficient in written communication with strong typing skills
  • Ability to handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining quality
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and a patient customerfocused approach
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment
  • Good understanding of ecommerce processes and customer relationship management
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Familiarity with CRM software and chat platforms is a plus
