As the Finance Manager, you will have experience in finance operations within the legal industry and preferably have the Thomson Reuters 3E platform experience.
The successful candidate will handle both day-to-day transactions and also have an eye on the broader strategic financial position of the business, including:
- Driving best practices in the finance operations
- General ledger management
- Revenue and time billing management
- Accounts receivable and collections
- Accounts payable and payments
- Monthly financial and management reporting
- Complete financial accounting and forecasting
- Deliver reports and metrics to the leadership
- Working with outsourced accountants in regions of operation to ensure compliance on an international basis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related 5+ years of relevant experience
- Fluent in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and organised and have the ability to consistently meet deadlines
