Requirements:

  • LL.B. with a minimum of 3 years of work experience.
  • Indepth knowledge of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act and overall understanding of IBC RDDBFI Act MCS Act and other relevant civil and corporate laws.
  • Excellent drafting skills for Arbitral documents including statements of claims replies rejoinders affidavits of evidence and written submissions.
  • Proficient in drafting Securitization Applications various agreements civil applications legal notices plaints and written statements.
  • Updated on judgments passed by Honorable High Court and Supreme Court.
  • Should be registered on the Original Side of the High Court of Mumbai.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drafting Arbitral proceedings and monitoring Arbitration proceedings independently.
  • Drafting various agreements MOUs and applications related to DRT and SARFAESI matters.
