We are currently working with a Wealth Management firm who are looking to hire a Legal Executive to join their team.This position requires a motivated and adaptable self-starter with proven experience of delivering work to tight deadlines and a team player who is also comfortable taking individual ownership of several activities.
Role Duties Include:
  • Monitor and track requests to the Legal team from receipt through to completion.
  • Maintain and manage the Legal inbox including logging new queries, allocating responsibility, andtracking response time.
  • Preparing and amending documents, letters, and emails on behalf of the Group Legal and Client Engagement function.
  • Assist with the development of a suite of process documents for the Group Legal, Data Protection and Client Engagement Team.
  • Conduct legal research as required.
  • Prepare monthly complaint and legal MI reports.


Requirements

  • Third level Qualification preferred.
  • Previous secretarial or administrative experience within a legal environment desirable.
  • A demonstrable interest in legal matters and willingness to complete further education in this area, if required.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and ideally Power BI.
  • Ability to adapt and willingness to work on a variety of matters.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop good working relationships across the business and willingness to individually challenge collective thinking.
