Job Description

- Draft, negotiate and finalize legal agreements, ensuring legal compliance, accuracy and covering relevant business needs;
- Provide legal advice to internal clients and the Corporate Affairs Division to ensure legal compliance covering relevant business needs;
- Liaise with internal clients on matter specific requirements including through meetings and correspondence from instruction to implementation to follow up to resolution;
- Support the Deputy General Counsel in performing relevant legal risk assessments that may face SC and proactively develop legal risk mitigation plans, as required.
- Maintain and records and manage documentation through a document management system;
