Open Position: Legal Associate

Key responsibilities include:

Minimum 2 years of experience as legal associate or corporate secretarial support.

To manage and update all company templates and policies to ensure they are up to date and in line with the companys plans goals and requirements for daytoday activities.

Responsible to look after the corporate governance affairs across the group s entities in multiple jurisdictions.

Responsible for corporate records including resolutions board of director changes annual reports and etc.

Responsible for legal review all contracts agreement as well as preparing communications letters to various stakeholders partners and customers.

Proactive and driven to work independently as well as able to work as a team.

Proficiency in both writing and speaking of English language with proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
