Tasks

• Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide information about available properties
• Assist potential tenants with the application process and ensure all required documents are submitted
• Coordinate lease signings and explain lease terms and conditions to tenants
• Respond to inquiries from current and prospective tenants regarding rental properties
• Conduct background and credit checks on potential tenants to assess their eligibility

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate or property management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of leasing procedures and legal regulations
• Proven ability to negotiate and close leasing deals
• Proficiency in computer software applications for property management
