Job Title
Learning & Development Assistant Intern

Job Purpose/Overview/Summary

We seek a Learning & Development Assistant Intern passionate about educational technologies and enhancing learning experiences. This role involves assisting in the design and implementation of learning programs contributing to the development of educational content and supporting the L&D team in managing and evaluating training initiatives. The intern will collaborate with various teams to ensure our learning solutions align with our vision of crafting incredible lives through education.

Pay Range
Stipend: 5k 10k/per month

Job Location
Remote Bengaluru (Karnataka)

Working Hours:
30 hours/week (Flexible)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

i) Learning Program Support
  • Assist in the development and implementation of innovative learning and development programs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and insights for training materials.
  • Contribute to the creation of engaging and interactive learning modules and materials.
ii) Training Administration
  • Support the organization and coordination of training sessions workshops and webinars.
  • Help in managing the L&D calendar and scheduling training sessions.
  • Assist in the administration of learning management systems and ensure the accurate tracking of participants progress and feedback.
iii) Evaluation and Reporting
  • Aid in the evaluation of training programs to assess their effectiveness and impact.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from program participants to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports on training activities participation rates and other relevant metrics.
iv) Research and Development
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in educational technology and learning methodologies.
  • Participate in research initiatives to enhance the quality and effectiveness of learning and development programs.
  • Contribute ideas for innovative learning solutions that align with our vision and values.


Requirements

Required Qualifications
  • Deeply passionate about transforming youth careers
  • Strong interest in learning and development educational technology or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with elearning platforms and digital learning tools.
  • Basic understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a training or teaching role either formal or informal.
  • Experience with content creation tools and learning management systems.

Required Qualifications : Background: Bachelor in Commerce, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or relevant field Proven experience in a Recruitment or similar role Hands-on experience with job portals Strong interpersonal skills & ability to manage task and deadlines. Good written and verbal English communications skills Preferred Qualifications : Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ZOHO etc) Experience working with EdTech companies Experience working with startups in the Indian ecosystem
