Senior Architect - Real Estate

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect for Real Estate Company. The Senior Architect will play a key role in leading the design and development of projects till completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture a passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design process for new projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams including project managers engineers and designers to ensure that design objectives are met within established timelines and budgets.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to gather relevant data and evaluate project feasibility.
• Prepare and present design proposals including drawings models and presentations to clients for their reference.
• Oversee the preparation of construction documents including plans elevations sections and details in compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Stay abreast of industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in architecture and design.
• Ensure that projects adhere to established quality standards design guidelines and sustainability principles.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.
• Prior work experience in the Real Estate Industry would be an added benefit.
• Ability to handle the projects singlehandedly.
• Strong conceptual and design skills with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual presentations.
• Excellent communication collaboration and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of building codes zoning regulations and construction methods.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of work.
• A creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
