Job Title: Lead Software Engineer

Location: Olive Branch MS Onsite

Type: FullTime

Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership:

   • Serve as a handson technical lead providing guidance and direction to the development team.
   • Lead by example contributing actively to the design and development of software solutions.

2. Java Expertise:

   • Leverage 3 years of experience as a Java Lead and a total of 15 years in application and software engineering.
   • Be an expert with Springboot MicroServices and Kafka technologies.

3. HandsOn Development:

   • Actively participate in handson development using Java JPA RESTful web services SLF4J logging Kafka Topics and consumers.
   • Oversee application configuration management to ensure efficient and scalable solutions.

4. Logistics Domain Experience:

   • Bring experience in Distribution Centers technology Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and logistics domain technologies.
   • Ideally possess knowledge of WMOS warehouse management Integration experience in Transportation Management systems Manhattan Slotting and Labor Management systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3 years of experience as a Java Lead and a total of 15 years in application and software engineering.
• Expertise in Springboot MicroServices and Kafka.
• Handson experience with Java JPA RESTful web services SLF4J logging Kafka Topics and consumer.
• Experience with Distribution Centers technology and Warehouse Management Systems preferably WMOS.
• Integration experience in Transportation Management systems Manhattan Slotting and Labor Management systems is a plus.
