Automation Engineer (Hybrid)
Railsfactory is seeking a passionate and collaborative Automation Engineer to join our growing team! In this role, you'll play a key part in helping us untangle our clients' automation challenges through solid coding practices.
Job responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
Work with internal leadership team and client point of contact to come up with solid automation solutions suitable for specific client context
Create initial proof of concept solutions when starting engagements
Work with stakeholders to understand automation needs and create a strategy for automation
Design automation frameworks from scratch built on solid design and coding practices
Refactor existing automation solutions to gain the most out of existing solutions and shape them to a better state
Build reliable, steady, and non-flaky UI or API Automation suites
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
5+ years of experience In overall Testing and Quality Assurance
Have at least 3+ years of experience in Automation
You have strong expertise in any one programming language either Java, javascript, typescript, or python
You have worked with at least one front end web UI automation framework like Selenium, Cypress Playwright
Worked on at least one build management tool like Gradle, maven, npm
Worked with at least one test management tool like TestNG, JUnit, mocha
Have a very good understanding of oops concepts, solid design principles, and various design patterns
Have strong Testing fundamentals
Have a passion for solving testing problems
