Skills Required:
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Effective communication

Responsibilities :
  • Lead mentor and coach SDRs to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Oversee self and teams outbound prospecting activities including cold calling email outreach and social media engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop targeted lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the lead qualification process and improve overall pipeline management.
  • Monitor key performance metrics track progress and generate regular reports to provide visibility into lead generation efforts.

Eligibility :
  • Educational qualification with B.Tech/BE/ BBA/ MBA or any similar field
  • 4 Years of experience in Sales Development with demonstrated progression in responsibility.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal skills and leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide a team.
