5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Experience of infrastructure and shared service testing (AD Migrations Sharepoint Upgrades etc)
Experience of Saas solutions understanding the challenges which come with trying to test them as they come into our ecosphere
Full lifecycle QE management experience o Managing offshore personnel o Experienced in stakeholder management o Flexible on SDLC type (waterfall agilelike etc.)
Superb communicator
Good leadership acumen (lead up and down the line)
Strong stakeholder communicator particularly in selling QE into projects
