About Us:

SnappyCX is a dynamic and innovative company at the forefront of the BPO industry providing talent outsourcing.

We are seeking an experienced midlevel Lead Generation Specialist to play a crucial role in expanding our customer base with a specific focus on the BPO/RPO industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential prospects and industry trends within the digital marketing sector.

  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies tailored to the digital marketing industry to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Utilize various channels such as social media email campaigns cold calling and networking events specific to the BPO space.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.

  • Create and maintain a database of potential clients ensuring accurate and uptodate information.

  • Analyze and report on the performance of lead generation campaigns in the digital marketing sector providing insights for continuous improvement.

  • Identify key decisionmakers within target organizations and develop relationships to facilitate the sales process.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist in the BPO/RPO industry.

  • Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and best practices within the digital marketing sector.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.

  • At least 4 years of experience in the same role.

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.

  • You have a fast machine and a stable internet connection at home.

  • Have prior experience working remotely.

  • Are able to collaborate with other teams autonomously.

  • Have a strong orientation on task completion results and strategic goals.

  • You value personal integrity and conscientiousness.

  • Are organized and highly detailed.

  • Are able to work fulltime 40 hours a week.
