Generate and qualify LEADs in the MRO (Maintenance Repair and Operations) area in Southern California
Look for MRO managers and supervisors in:
- Hospitals
- Hotels and Resorts
- Commercial office buildings/ Large Business complexes
- Property Managers
- Schools
- Colleges and Universities
- Arenas/Stadiums - example Anaheim Stadium, Anaheim Convention Center, Long Beach Convention Center
Other ad hoc tasks relevant to the role
Experience in Lead Generating Ability to work under supervision Knowledge with Google Suite Good English communication skills Ability to research the internet to generate leads Ability to provide detailed work summary Ability to work independently
