Are you an experienced architect with exceptional leadership skills seeking a remote opportunity Join our team and lead architectural initiatives from anywhere!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of complex architectural solutions that align with business objectives and technology strategy.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to architectural teams including architects developers and engineers.
• Define architectural standards principles and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into architectural designs and solutions.
• Conduct architecture reviews assessments and evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies trends and industry standards and incorporate them into architectural designs and solutions.
• Mentor and coach junior architects and team members to foster skill development and career growth.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance architectural processes methodologies and tools.
• Communicate architectural decisions strategies and recommendations to executive leadership and project stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field .
• Proven experience as a Lead Architect or similar role with expertise in designing and implementing enterpriselevel solutions.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles patterns and practices.
• Proficiency in a variety of technologies and platforms with the ability to design solutions across multiple domains.
• Excellent leadership communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with remote team management and distributed development teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks manage resources and deliver results in a remote work environment.
• Certification in relevant architectural frameworks or methodologies (e.g. TOGAF Zachman) is a plus.
