The Design Associate provides the Sales/Design Team with assistance in the preparation of Designs, Proposals, Estimates and Specifications to expedite the sales process and ensure complete and accurate project documentation.

Requirements of the Design Associate

• Provide design & drawing assistance to sales/design staff.
  
• Assist in all phases of proposal preparation including pricing and estimating assistance to sales/design staff.
  
• Assist sales/designers with product selections and detailing the selection process including locating & acquiring samples as necessary, Complete Specification package for submittal to production.
  

The Design Associate is a critical role within the organization therefore the candidate must be able to work with the entire design team to help them achieve increased top line growth, the conversion of jobs in Project Development over to Sold status and into the Production office.

We are looking for a tech savvy, people person who communicates well. This person should be not only willing to learn new skills but share their knowledge and experience with the team.
