Tasks

• Review and draft legal documents including contracts agreements and policies
• Provide legal advice and guidance on regulatory compliance and intellectual property rights
• Manage corporate governance and ensure legal compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Support in negotiating and structuring business transactions partnerships and licensing agreements
• Represent the company in legal proceedings disputes and interactions with external stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law would be great if it was in biotech or health care.
• Strong knowledge of intellectual property law contract law and regulatory compliance related to the biotechnology sector
• Excellent research analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and external partners
