Job Description
We are looking for a talented and passionate Kubernetes Operator developer to join our team!
In this role you will play a key role in developing and maintaining Kubernetes Operators that extend the functionality of our platform and automate key tasks. You will collaborate closely with the DevOps and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of these Operators.
Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain Kubernetes Operators for managing complex applications and infrastructure on our Kubernetes clusters.
Collaborate with engineers and product managers to understand application requirements and translate them into robust and scalable Operator functionalities.
Utilize Go or another suitable language to develop Operators leveraging the Operator SDK or other frameworks.
Integrate Operators with existing DevOps workflows for deployment testing and monitoring.
Write unit and integration tests for Operators to ensure quality and reliability.
Contribute to the documentation and maintainability of Operator code.
Stay uptodate with the latest advancements in Kubernetes Operators DevOps best practices and cloudnative technologies.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience in developing and deploying applications on Kubernetes.
Solid understanding of Kubernetes concepts (pods deployments services etc.) and the Operator pattern.
Experience with Go or another suitable language for backend development (Python Java etc. can be a plus).
Familiarity with Operator SDK or other frameworks for building Operators.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code tools (e.g. GitLab CI/CD Terraform Ansible).
Knowledge of Linux system administration and scripting.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A passion for learning and staying current with the latest technologies.
Bonus Points:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP).
Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus Grafana) and logging systems.
Experience with container image building and registry management (Docker Docker Hub).
Experience with GitOps methodologies for managing infrastructure and applications.

Skills Required: -Good understanding on 5G concepts such as DL/UL scheduling, power control, Beamforming fundamentals. -Knowledge of RAN products and solutions Experience with system testing activities such as feature validation, test description documentation, parameter optimization, performance analysis, test strategy creation, problem troubleshooting and call processing technologies and network architecture specifically focused on Radio Access Network. -Good understanding of overall Wireless systems with emphasis on PHY, MAC, RLC, RRC, PDCP and SDAP layers. -Preferable if experience in testing of ORAN Fronthaul Interface for DU & RU compliant to CUS Plane & M Plane specifications. -knowledge of RAN L3/L2 protocols and debug skills required. -Experience with SW Tools - Good to have Experience with test tools including protocol analyzers,E500, XCAL/QXDM, Wireshark, Keysight Channel Emulator, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Spirent etc
