- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, economics, evaluation research, international development, public policy, statistics, or another relevant field; advanced degree preferred;
- Minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated experience providing technical expertise in MEL activities, preferably for complex USAID or other donor-funded projects of similar size;
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in a supervisory role related to designing, managing, and implementing results-based MEL activities;
- Demonstrated technical skills in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, as well as experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis, and reporting;
- Extensive knowledge of reporting procedures, best practices, guidelines, and tools for MEL including impact evaluation;
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, stressful environment;
- Professional proficiency in Arabic and English is required;
- Jordanian nationals and especially women are strongly encouraged to apply.
