- Lead the implementation of the project’s knowledge management strategies, including communications with USAID and other partner organizations and stakeholders
- Oversees all aspects of MEL activities to ensure strategic and functional integration
- Lead the development of data collection and monitoring processes
- Collect and analyze precise data of progress indicators needed
- Lead, coordinate, and/or contribute to knowledge capture and documentation of MSED insights
- Ensure capture of learning and result through contract implementation
- Lead role in defining and making actionable a concrete learning agenda for the project
- Performs other duties as assigned.
