Requirements for the role
- Excellent UX design skills:
- Able to apply & extend established design patterns to new use cases.
- Rigorously accurate w/deliverables
- Excellent technical skills with UX design tools like Figma and Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of frontend development practices as they relate to UX design.
- Proven success collaborating with frontend developers on feasibility.
- Strong portfolio in B2C digital experiences for both web and responsive web.
- Strong background in best practices for usercentered UX design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
We do not need a supersenior person in this role and would be open to someone earlier in their career (def need to have worked in a professional setting for min 23 years).Paramount is very strong design skills and able to take direction and
