Junior Strategic Operations Manager mfd

As a Junior Strategic Operations Manager you will play a crucial role in managing daytoday operations focusing on customer support efficiency and crossdepartmental collaboration. You will be instrumental in analysing data trends supporting new projects and assisting team leads in operational tasks.

Responsibilities will include:

• Adaptable Support: Provide flexible assistance across departments adapting to various operational needs

• Tool Proficiency: Efficiently manage a range of tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency

• Project Contribution: Support diverse projects from research to cost analysis aiding in their successful execution

• CustomerCentric: Ensure highquality customer support by resolving daily operational queries and analysing data trends

• Collaboration and Improvement: Collaborate with other departments offer innovative ideas and document processes to drive continuous improvement aligned with our strategic goals

• Growth & development: as you advance you will have the freedom to select topics that interest you and gain ownership of different tools and/or topics

What You Need to be Successful:

• Experience: 1 years of experience within a customer centric position in a dynamic start up environment or the insurance industry
• Technical Expertise: Proficient understanding of tools and software used in an operational environment especially Zendesk
• Project Management: project management abilities capable of handling multiple projects at once
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to assess and enhance operational processes
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and address customer concerns
• Language Skills: Fluent in German (min. C1) and English (min. B2)
