As our new Performance Marketing Manager with a focus on paid social channels you play a key role in our marketing department.

Your mission:

• You make our B2B products more wellknown and successful in Continental Europe.
• You take on crossfunctional project management and always have an overview of our Paid Social channels (Facebook Instagram and LinkedIn).
• You have holistic responsibility from planning to implementation to monitoring and analyzing your campaigns.
• You optimize based on target KPIs such as MQL SQL CPA deriving recommendations for action based on analyses and A/B tests and continuously improve your campaigns.
• In close collaboration with our BI team you ensure clean campaign tracking and create forecasts as well as reports and presentations.
• Furthermore you work closely with the Content Design and Sales departments to create appealing and effective ads for various cultural contexts.

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in Marketing Communication or a similar field or equivalent qualifications
• Demonstrable several years of experience in the development implementation analysis and optimization of Paid Social Media strategies especially on Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
• Experience in B2B marketing. Experience with international campaigns is a big plus
• German at a native level and fluent English skills. Another foreign language (French Spanish or Italian) is desirable
• Creativity and an eye for detail and appealing advertising content
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Independent and resultsoriented work style
