As the Senior EMEA Marketing Manager (m/f/d) you will lead a dynamic team of marketing communications (marcom) specialists and event managers to drive marketing initiatives and campaigns across the EMEA region. Operating within a matrix organizational structure you will collaborate closely with global product marketing and digital marketing teams to ensure alignment with overarching business objectives and strategies. Your role will involve EMEA strategic campaign and NPI planning team leadership and crossfunctional collaboration to effectively position and promote our products and services in the B2B market.

Tasks

• Campaign Planning: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for the EMEA region aligning with global business objectives and priorities.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns including content creation digital marketing initiatives and event marketing activities.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing communications and event professionals providing guidance support and performance management.
• CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with global product marketing teams to understand product positioning messaging and gotomarket strategies ensuring alignment with regional marketing efforts.
• Digital Marketing Integration: Work closely with digital marketing teams to integrate digital marketing tactics into overall marketing campaigns leveraging channels such as email marketing social media and online advertising.
• Event Management: Lead the planning and execution of B2B events with the ales teams including trade shows conferences seminars and webinars to generate leads engage customers and strengthen brand presence in the region.
• Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including sales teams product managers and executive leadership to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
• Performance Measurement: Work with the global analyst team to track marketing campaigns and initiatives to continuously optimize programs for business impact.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in marketing business communications or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 5 years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on the EMEA region; previous experience in technology device and distribution marketing preferred.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals in a matrix organizational structure.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute integrated marketing plans that drive business results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with global and crossfunctional teams.
• Experience in event management including planning execution and ROI analysis for B2B events.
• Proficiency in (digital) marketing tactics and tools including email marketing platforms social media management tools and web analytics.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
