We are looking for you to join our B2B software rollout team in Berlin Munich Hamburg or completely remotely. 1KOMMA5 is building Germanys largest onestopshop for sale installation and services related to solar heat pumps electricity and charging infrastructure. Deine Position

• Supporting the rollout team in the preparation implementation and followup of B2B software rollouts at our national and international branches
• Maintaining a comprehensive overview of the existing B2B system landscape of our branches in Germany and abroad
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and enable them to use our B2B system landscape efficiently
• Preparing and developing trainings and formats to support smooth software rollouts across our 1K5 branches
• Pushing the rollout quality and efficiency via user acceptance tests (UAT) and continuous improvements
• Preparing meetings slide decks and data migrations (data mapping data cleansing)

Dein Profil

• You are enrolled at a university and contribute 20 hours per week
• You are studying Business Administration Computer Science or a comparable course of studies
• You are experienced in Microsoft office applications especially Excel and have preferably already worked with Google Miro and/or Notion
• You are capable of effective communication skills to interact with internal teams and stakeholders
• You bring a proactive attitude and dont forget to have fun at work and within your team
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
