Your responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Retail Team to manage and expand all retail operations including our own stores and our franchise channel
• Provide proactive operational support effectively addressing store needs with a servicefocused and solutionoriented strategy
• Utilize performance dashboards to monitor and analyze KPIs including sales conversion rates inventory and profitability turning data into strategic action
• Support our Retail Operations team in managing projects aimed at optimization of our customer experience and service quality
• Maintain and update visual merchandising (VM) guidelines to ensure current and best practices
• Oversee the orderly opening and renovation of stores ensuring compliance with our stringent health and safety policies

Your profile

• 3 years managing retail operations including store management or similar roles within premium retail brands
• Analytical approach to synthesizing data into actionable recommendations for our retail teams with proven skills in retail KPIs financials and schedule management
• Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Successoriented solutiondriven mindset that tackles challenges headon to deliver strong outcomes
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex topics clearly and persuasively
• Fluency in English and German required French language skills a plus
• Willingness to travel to gallery locations from time to time
