(Junior) Data Analyst (f/m/x)

What youll be doing
- As Data Analyst in our Business Intelligence team analyzing data and preparing the results for different stakeholders is you sweet spot. You take lead in design and development of dashboards and reports.
- You take on data challenges across all our business areas and work crossfunctionally with teams such as Operations Finance Marketing Sales Service and Customer Success.
- This includes the following responsibilities:
- Drive the decisionmaking processes on various topics via data analysis and statistics.
- Regularly share insights from our customers behaviors & journeys.
- Foster an experimentation mindset and build processes for developing hypotheses and A/B testing.
- Work with crossfunctional teams to implement and improve datadriven solutions.
- Learn share and brainstorm with other data analysts inside and outside of our company.
What you bring to the table
- You have particularly good analytical thinking skills and a datadriven mindset.
- You like to work independently and have a handson mentality.
- You love data visualization and developing innovative dashboards and reports.
- You find it easy to define KPIs and measuring effectiveness of business processes.
- You have experience in the field of Data Analytics/Business Intelligence.
- You have (first) experience using Python in a business context.
- You have (first) experience handling data with SQL building dashboards (we use Power BI Grafana and Metabase) and using Python in a business context.
- Ideally you have a degree in Information Systems Statistics Computer Science Mathematics Economics Engineering or in a comparable field; further education in the Data Science field is of benefit.
- You are fluent in German and/or English.
