Join Our Creative Team as an Architectural Designer
We are excited to announce an expansion of our team and are actively seeking talented individuals for a full-time position. Our diverse range of projects spans across the United States, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Jordan, providing a unique opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial endeavors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in interior design is essential.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial projects.
- Proficiency in all design phases, from concept development to project completion.
- Strong communication skills for interactions with clients and contractors.
- Familiarity with both imperial and metric systems.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Revit.
- Solid rendering skills, demonstrating the ability to create visually appealing designs.
- Comfortable working remotely and meeting project deadlines.
- Willingness to conduct occasional site visits, and participate in material selection and budgeting.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in detailed architectural design presentation and 3D modeling for both interior and exterior designs.
- Creativity, adaptability, flexibility, and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Google Sketchup, AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Vray, Revit Architecture, and Adobe Suite.
- Specialization in 3D visualization, creating interior and exterior perspectives through 3D modeling.
- Ability to produce realistic architectural renderings using 3Ds Max, Google Sketchup, and Vray, with post-production skills directly from Vray rendering.
- Strong lighting and realistic physical material skills.
- Animation experience is an added advantage.
