Overview: We are seeking an Accelerator Tool Subject Matter Expert (ARC) who will play a critical role in providing support and assistance to design develop integrate test and deploy a modernized BMF platform. Additionally you will contribute to daytoday Operations & Maintenance (O&M) work aligned with IRS priorities. Your responsibilities will encompass project management O&M activities development modernization enhancements software development legislative changes and developmental O&M upgrades. US Citizenship is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to design develop integrate test and deploy a modernized BMF platform.
• Provide support for daytoday Operations & Maintenance (O&M) tasks based on IRS priorities.
• Utilize expertise in the ARC toolset to streamline development processes and enhance productivity.
• Act as the primary point of contact for ARC toolsetrelated inquiries and support.
• Ensure compliance with ARC toolset best practices and standards.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledgesharing activities to facilitate the adoption and effective use of the ARC toolset within the team.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on ARC toolset usage and optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide recommendations for ARC toolset enhancements or customizations.

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience with the ARC toolset.
• Demonstrated expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the ARC toolset.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with fullstack development methodologies.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide innovative solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering highquality results in a fastpaced environment.
