Role: Java Technical Lead

Qualification: BTech/MTech/MCA

Job Location: Hyderabad/Pune

Experience: 8 years

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Java developers.
  
• Design and implement robust and scalable microservicesbased applications using Java.
  
• Drive best practices in coding design and development methodologies within the team.
  
• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope requirements and timelines.
  
• Lead the planning estimation and prioritization of development tasks.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of highquality software solutions meeting project deadlines and objectives.
  
• Handson development of Javabased applications utilizing Spring Boot framework and other relevant technologies.
  
• Design and develop RESTful APIs for seamless integration with external systems.
  
• Implement automated testing strategies to ensure software quality and reliability.
  
• Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the development team.
  
• Mentor junior developers providing technical guidance and support.
  
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
  
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
  
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
  
• Drive initiatives to enhance software development practices and toolsets.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in computer science Engineering or related field.
  
• Proven experience as a Lead Java Developer or similar role.
  
• Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g. Spring Boot).
  
• Extensive experience in developing microservicesbased architectures and RESTful APIs.
  
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and Agile practices.
  
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
  
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker Kubernetes is a plus.
  
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS Azure GCP and DevOps practices is desirable.
  
• Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment with a strong commitment to delivering highquality solutions.
