NodeFlairs client is currently seeking a Tech Lead with growth ambitions.

With offices in Norway and Sweden they are proud of being the Nordic regions largest SaaS provider within project management including timekeeping resource planning quality assurance staffing and recruitment. Their company is often used by architects the staffing industry advertising engineering and IT.

• A programming test (Java) will be required to assess competency.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering new functionalities to the product and actively contributing to code development.
• Assisting the team in making wellinformed technical decisions.
• Serving as the goto person for the product owner for technical clarifications and discussions on nonfunctional requirements.
• Crafting overarching designs for new solutions and functionalities.
• Leading the charge for software engineering excellence within the team.

Your skills and experience

Skills required:

Enterprise Software Architecture expertise advanced understanding of CD/CI and DevOps concepts at the solutions and design level proficiency in React Spring Maven SQL and Cloud services.

To succeed in this role they believe you should identify with some of these points:

• 7 years of experience in Java programming.
• Proficient in Maven DevOps AWS Terraform Kubernetes React & SQL (we use PostgreSQL).
• Experience with Agile development methodology.
• CanDoAttitude and Team Player.
• Desire to keep up to date with technological trends methods and tools.
• Excellent English communication skills spoken and written.
