A Java Tech Lead mindset candidate

Technical Skills:

o Contributing to the architecture and design (architecture design patterns reliability and scaling) of new and current systems

o Service oriented architecture

o Java / Springboot / J2EE / JSF/SQL

o SQL

o Gradle

o JavaScript

o JPA

o UI development: React.JS Node.JS

o Insurance domain experience

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 1012 developers in an onshoreoffshore model.
• Collaborate with offshore team members to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth.
• Drive the development process ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Work closely with Client Teach Lead/Managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as they arise.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1012 years of handson experience in Java development.
• Proven experience in leading teams in an onshoreoffshore model.
• Strong mentoring and coaching skills with the ability to guide and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of backend development concepts frameworks and best practices.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools(Jira Rally etc.).
• Strong problemsolving skills.
