Title : ITIL Process Consultant ITSM ITOM and ITAM

Remote with need base travel

Duration : 6 months (possible extension)

• Looking for an experienced ITIL Process Consultant
• Document current state processes perform an ITIL gap analysis and recommend future state ITIL processes
• Work with Business and IT Stakeholders as part of the development of the Service Management Strategy Services and SLAs
• Partner with multiple teams to drive and complete processrelated deliverables
• Provide process leadership and influence direction to SME teams and other IT professionals supporting the delivery of process standardization and improvement for IT
• Lead process improvement/standardization efforts in an IT field as identified by IT and business leadership
• At least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience the successful candidate will leverage business effectiveness skills such as service management strategy operating model process maturity assessment and defining roadmap for process and tool implementation
