For our customer, a global leader in the travel industry, we are looking for a customer experience specialist. In this role you give customers the best possible experience when they have questions on their bookings.

Tasks

  • To deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers (guests and partners) through our communication channels (phone and email)
  • Understand and deliver business strategies and improve customer services through the execution of self-service
  • Accountable for meeting individual and team goals (KPIs)
  • Continuously identify work process improvements and communicate to Team Leaders and (or) Managers.

Requirements

  • Must have advanced command of spoken and written Italian & English language (level C1 or higher according to The Common European Framework )
  • Immaculate telephone manners and communication skills.
  • Excellent listening skills, critical-thinker with attention to detail.
  • Willing to work on rotating shifts, public holidays, and weekends
  • Ability to work in both a team environment and independently
  • Demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality

Working hours: 9 working hours per shift

  • Days off rotating by monthly basis
  • 5 day working week

Candidates should also be able to work during public holiday & weekends depending monthly schedule. From July we re going to have 2 days work from home allowance per week.

Shift information: Working on rotating shifts weekly basis AM & PM.

  • AM shift starting times: between 07:00 to 11:00
  • PM Shift starting times: between 12:00 to 13:00
