Responsibilities:
• Work with various IT Infrastructure and Applications teams in order to provide support to IT projects, as well supporting to meet IT requirements and rollout deadlines.
• Manage escalations with Egyptian service providers and suppliers.
• Interact with Egyptian authorities and agencies, as well might communicate and defend IT projects in front of them.
• Create and maintain project documentation and presentations.
• Follow up service delivery, KPI’s, etc
• Follow up on project deliverables, purchasing, devices inventory, etc.
