We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Remote IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our remote employees troubleshooting IT issues and ensuring smooth operation of our systems.
Responsibilities:
Provide remote technical support to employees experiencing IT issues
Troubleshoot hardware software and network problems
Install and configure computer systems and applications
Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
2 years of experience in IT support
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
Excellent problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Skills:

Ability to work well under pressure
