• Interact with different teams to assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and
networking issues by identifying root causes, providing technical support and resolving
technical issues. This includes but not limited to: replacing printers ink, classrooms projectors
and smartboards, laptops, …
• Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications,
servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, computer labs, software, and hardware.
