IT Support

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to Azure customers by resolving complex issues on the Azure platform meeting efficiency targets and collaborating with various teams.
2. Implement Azure platform support capabilities by working with PMs identifying readiness needs ensuring team readiness and engaging with technologyspecific depth queues.
3. Achieve team goals related to CPE response times technical skills and contributing to the creation of future Microsoft support capabilities for the cloud.
4. Be available for sometime 24/7 shifts including overnight shifts to provide continuous support.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT Support or vocational training on Windows Operating Systems
• Experience in customer service and strong communication skills
• Fluency in English (reading writing and speaking)
• Proficiency in desktop and laptop support (hardware and software)
• Knowledge of hardware and printer peripherals support
• Any certification in Microsoft and programming skills is a plus
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking and Microsoft server troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Citrix or Cisco is desirable
