Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Monitoring and managing all installed systems and infrastructure
Establish, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
Perform security remediation
Ensure compliance to Security Policies and Standards
Evaluate the existing systems and provide the technical direction to IT support
Oversee the development of customized software and hardware
Plan and implement systems automation as required for better
Formulate and design the security system in place to maintain data
Oversee the constant availability of technical
Maintain and supervise the
Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in IT/ Communications/ Electronics Engineering/ majoring network and systems communications technologies
Well-versed Active Directory, Windows Desktop Administration, CCNA/ CCNP/ MCSE are
Ability in implementation and design for Hyper-V environment
Capable to administer Microsoft 365 for Onboarding/ Offboarding processes, editing access rights policies and implementing controls
Must be willing to work
Able to work ad-hoc extended hours on Network/ Server Setup/ Migration during deployment
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Teams is a clear
Good communication and coordination
Certification in ITIL is preferred
Familiar with ISO 27001 requirements
Client service oriented
