Position: IT Software Application Support Specialist (MNC Company)
An IT MNC organization is currently looking for Software Application Support Specialist (MNC Company) to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Having a minimum of 3 years experience coordinating and managing IT Software Application deliveries both locally and regionally
- Working on timesheet on Software product deliveries as well as coordinating with internal/ external stakeholders delivering project progress reports tracking project milestones achieved within the timeline
- Have good IT Software Applications and Infrastructure background to understand both functional and technical specifications with the Project Management team
- Have good experience in any of the programming languages such as .Net Java Phyton PHP and SQL database exposure would be an added advantage
- Able to manage software application issues and challenges with proactive communication to the stakeholders
- Good planning communication and stakeholder management skills
