IT Project Manager

Job Description

• Lead several projects and teams to make implementations successful
• Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
• Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals
• Managing resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees
• Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
• Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
• Conducting risk assessments for projects
• Regular reporting & status timeline, and advise of any obstacles or resource needs that may affect completion of the project as planned.
• Assemble the project team, identify competencies, and assign resources to development tasks appropriate to each individual’s knowledge, skill, and abilities.
• Monitor project progress, and adjust resources as necessary to keep the project on track.
• Apply project management tools and tracking systems to manage all aspects of project progress.
• Utilize project resources and serve as an individual contributor to analyze user system and application needs, determine and evaluate potential solutions, develop system specifications and requirements, and design application programs to meet the requirements.
• Write and maintain clear, concise functional and technical specifications on Planning applications and business system processes

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in computer science or related field is a must.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the same field
• SAP Background is a must.
• Business Background is a must.
• Analysis background is preferable.
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
