- New functionalities offered by– testing, approval, possible implementation plans
- Continuous validation/monitoring of the system Setup/Coding in terms of response to Luminus requirements.
- Ensures setup is updated and ready to use (e.g. to support registration)
- Captures, Troubleshoots and describes system bugs to be communicated to vendor
- Liaison with Executive Managers and HoDs and other senior Luminus staff as well as “power users” to
- capture and specify required changes to product.
- Effect amendments to systems setup and coding if in line with Luminus policies and business processes
